In most cases, you do not need a referral to get started with a screening, consultation, evaluation, or monitoring services.
A referral is required if your child needs occupational therapy to treat a medical condition. For non-medical therapy needs, a referral is usually not required, but may be requested to help support your child’s safety and care.
Referrals can come from licensed providers such as your pediatrician, physician, dentist, chiropractor, or other qualified healthcare professional. They can be written, electronic, verbal, or included in a signed plan of care.

Yes. Safety and gentleness are our top priority. This modality (and all other manual techniques) use gentle touch to release restrictions within the fascial network.
If unsure, we encourage you to ask your provider for a short 5-minute session to experience this modality and the gentle touch utilized.
Absolutely! Your presence and involvement is pivotal for progress and co-regulation. Plus, we're in your home - please stay present, focused, and ready to ask questions or join your littlle in activities.
This is a wonderful question, and the honest answer is that it truly depends on your child and their unique story.
Many families find that 3–5 sessions of Craniosacral Fascial Therapy are helpful to gently release fascial restrictions and support regulation, depending on birth history, feeding concerns, and overall body patterns. Some families choose CFT to support their myofunctional therapy journey - using it before therapy begins and during expansion or active treatment phases to help the body stay comfortable and responsive.
Feeding and developmental therapy are even more individualized. The plan depends on your child’s specific needs, medical considerations, and the level of challenge they’re experiencing.
In general, the earlier we support a child and the more consistently caregivers can participate, the less therapy is often needed over time. Our goal is always to be thoughtful, intentional, and supportive.
